Planning Board Public Hearing for Lot line Adjustment Application for Hugh & Gay Eaton, May 3, 2018

Public Notice

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that the Dublin Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing for a lot line adjustment proposed by Hugh M Eaton III and Gay M. Eaton involving their five pieces of property: Tax Map 1, Lot 7, and Lot 7-C and Tax Map 2, Lots 1, 1-B and 1-C.  The hearing will commence at 7:15 PM on Thursday, May 3, 2018 in the Dublin Town Hall.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, the issue will stay on the Planning Board's agenda until such time as it is approved, modified and approved, or denied.

ZBA Public Hearing for Special Exception Application from Timber Home Properties, April 26, 2018, 7:15 PM at Town Hall

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 26th at 7:15 P.M. at the Dublin Town Hall to hear an application by Timber Home Properties, LLC for their property at 253 Brush Brook Rd, Dublin, Map 8, Lot 39 to approve an existing accessory living unit.  This requires a special exception under Article IV, Section N.2 from the Zoning Board of Adjustment because of the size of the existing lot.  You are invited to appear in person or to respond in writing prior to the hearing date to state reasons why you think the above special exception should or should not be granted.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, the issue will stay on the Zoning Board of Adjustment’s agenda until such time as it is approved, modified and approved, or denied.

ZBA Public Hearing for Two Variances for Howard Shafman, April 26, 2018 7:30 PM at Town Hall

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that the Dublin Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold two Public Hearings to consider two variance applications from Howard Shafman for the property owned by Michael and Robin Clifford at 1541 Main Street, Map 8, Lot 24.  The proposal is to add two more rental apartments downstairs in the barn because the septic system only allows a limited coffee shop.  This requires a variance from Article IV, Section N.2. because of the size of the lot and a variance from Article XII, Section E.1(b) since there would be more than four living units.  The board will hold public hearings on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Dublin Town Hall beginning at 7:30 PM. 

You are invited to appear in person or to respond in writing prior to the hearing date to state reasons why you think the above variance and two special exceptions should or should not be granted.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, the issue will stay on the Zoning Board of Adjustment’s agenda until such time as it is approved, modified and approved, or denied.

Updated Versions of Master Plan Sections are found in Planning/Other Documents section of this website

While the Planning Board is still refining the wording, the up-dated Master Plan sections are located in the Planning/Other documents of this website.  The board will hold public hearings during their regularly schedules meetings this spring before finalizing their work on the Master Plan.

Dublin’s Planning Board holds regularly scheduled meetings on the first and third Thursday of the month at Dublin Town Hall at 7 PM.  These meetings are always open to the public for observation and all are welcome to attend.  If there is nothing on the agenda the chair may cancel one of the monthly meetings so check Dublin’s website at www.townofdublin.org for cancelation notices.  If you have something you would like the Planning Board to consider or would like assistance in understanding the Planning Board’s rules of procedure/application process contact Sec. Neil Sandford at 563-8120.

For the 2018 calendar year the meeting dates are as follows:
