ZBA Site Visit and three Public Hearings for 1541 Main Street, Wednesday December 13 at 6 and 7:15 PM for a variance and two special exceptions

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that the Dublin Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Site Visit and three Public Hearings to consider a variance and two special exception applications from Howard Shafman for the property own by Michael and Robin Clifford at 1541 Main Street, Map 8, Lot 24.  The proposal is to add three rental apartment upstairs in the barn which requires a variance from Article IV, Section N.2. and a special exception under Article XII, Section E.1(b) and to add another living unit in the house which requires a special exception under Article IV, Section N.2(c).  The board will hold a site visit and public hearings on Wednesday, December 13.  The site visit will be held at the property at 6 PM and the public hearings will be held one after another beginning at 7:15 PM at the Dublin town hall

You are invited to appear in person or to respond in writing prior to the hearing date to state reasons why you think the above variance and two special exceptions should or should not be granted.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, the issue will stay on the Zoning Board of Adjustment’s agenda until such time as it is approved, modified and approved, or denied.
