The office is closed on Election Days and for occasional holidays and training sessions, so please plan ahead to do your vehicle registrations.
The Dublin Town Clerk is responsible for Vehicle Titles and Registrations, Dog licensing, Marriage, Birth and Death Certificates and Marriage Licenses. The Town Clerk is an election official. Residents may go to the Town Clerk’s office to register to vote, request an absentee ballot, or to file their candidacy for office.
The Tax Collector is responsible for the collection of property taxes, including current use, yield and excavation taxes and the issuance of tax bills and notices.
Copies of birth, marriage, death or divorce records are available to immediate family members only. If you are requesting a record from the Dublin Town Clerk's office by mail, please make your check payable to the Town of Dublin and include a stamped, self addressed envelope, a copy of the requestor's photo ID, and a phone number where you can be reached. Or you can make the request in person at the Town Clerk's office.
